Veterans Hunting and Fishing Staﬀ Application.
VHFN is a veterans outreach, Staﬀ in no way proﬁt from any of the donations. Any and all State Donations are required to be reported to the Regional Director. If you are caught using VHFN Funds or Property for personal gain, you will be terminated as a State Lead/ Team member and prosecuted if warranted. If you are found to have been a reproach to the organization you will be terminated, we have a Zero Tolerance policy on disorderly behavior.
State leads are responsible for assembling a state team, managing the social media accounts, organizing fundraisers, managing donated items, helping plan hunts and ﬁshing trips, managing quarterly reports of vets/Active duty members taken on trips. As well as other tasks directed from corporate.
State Pro Staﬀ members are responsible for assisting the state lead during fund raising events, and donation drives. Pro Staﬀ members are expected to host 8 trips a year. 4 of the 8 trips do not have to be pre advertised on the regional Social media pages, however must have at least one non staﬀ member present for the trip to count. All other trips must be posted with adequate notice for members to apply and make arrangements to attend. Pro Staﬀ members are required to get proof of proper licensure or tags required for the trip, as well as verify(one time only) veteran or active duty status.
