Outdoor Activity Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that participation in outdoor activities, including but not limited to hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, firearms-related activities, and other associated events, involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in activities organized by Veterans Hunting and Fishing Network (VHFN), its officers, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, and affiliates.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Veterans Hunting and Fishing Network (VHFN), its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, landowners, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in such activities.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in these activities and that I will follow all safety instructions, rules, and applicable laws. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the activity.
